Everyone wants their guests to leave saying, "I danced all night!" Sonic Soundz are experts at reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor full. Since weddings and events often have a mix of age groups, we start the night with timeless hits appropriate for everyone. This gets older guests on the floor early, building the energy so they are more likely to stay as we transition into contemporary hits later in the night.

Do I need to create a playlist for the whole night?

Absolutely not! Creating 4+ hours of music is a lot of work. You can pick as many "Must Plays" as you like, or just give us a few favorites to understand your vibe. We will use our expertise to fill in the rest and ensure the flow remains perfect throughout the evening.

Can we request songs or ban specific genres?

Yes, we listen! It is your event, and we are there to make it memorable for you. If you have a specific "Do Not Play" list or want to avoid a certain genre entirely (like Country or heavy EDM), we will honor that request strictly.

How do you handle announcements and names?

We take pride in our MC duties. We verify the pronunciation of all names for the wedding party and VIPs before the event begins. We work hard to ensure every announcement is articulate, accurate, and professional.

What happens if equipment breaks?

Reliability is our number one priority. We use top-of-the-line professional audio equipment, and we perform rigorous testing and sound checks before the event begins. You can rest assured your DJ won't be left with dead air or broken microphones during your speeches.
